Had a great trip. Everyone that we spoke to that worked there was great. The Fury rep Ian was so nice to chat with and set us up for success. Our bartender Yaya made our time at the pool. Rooms were clean and we will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!
They pay attention to the small details like water, cookies and prosecco at check-in. Snacks and sunscreen at the pool. The sunset view deck is lovely. Convenient location to downtown and Duval St. The only negative is you may have paid for an ocean view room but you wake up in the morning to a huge cruise ship blocking your view. They do usually leave around 5:30 so you can see the sunset.
My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and had an excellent stay. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had an ocean front 1 bedroom suite and it was a fantastic room (Room 301). Lots of space, two balconies, great views. I’ve seen some reviews and comments about extra fees and unexpected charges. When I booked online the webpage was very clear about the resort fee and parking rates. There was nothing unexpected on my bill. Everything was detailed and correct. Next time we are in Key West we will definitely stay here again. We were very impressed.
Great location, able to watch sunsets from our room. Big plus not having to deal with crowds at Mallory square. Cruise ships dock in front of hotel, no big deal as they are gone by 4pm, and it's fun watching them dock the ship in the morning. Extremely courteous and helpful staff that attend to your every need.
Our entre began with Andre at the front desk. Our stunning first room overlooked the sunset, cruise ships and wide open sea. After a tropical challenge with our room, we were moved so considerately to the Sunset Key Cottages. Words do not do justice to the accommodations here: cool ocean breezes, our our home with amenities beyond and a view of the pool. Nothing could compare and we are eternally grateful to all who supported and enhanced our delightful stay in paradise.
Very clean room and the staff was very friendly. Andre greeted us and took time to explain everything we needed to know including anything related to our dog. Andre was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!
Amazing experience!!! It's a beautiful BEAUTIFUL resort in a perfect location. We had front row seats to the most spectacular sunset on earth from our balcony. The grounds/pool/restaurant/bars are gorgeous. The staff are all wonderful and a special shout out to Trexie G...kind, professional, genuine. She made our stay 10*.
We enjoyed our stay very much here! Andrea at the front desk was amazing! He was always willing to help at all costs! He is worth every penny he is paid! The pool was great, drinks were great, food by the pool was great, and our favorite was the sunsets on the sun deck bar! Right by Duval street! Couldn’t be happier! We will be back!
